Sericol is pleased
to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Queen’s
Award for Enterprise in the Outstanding Innovation category.
Her Majesty the Queen, at the recommendation of the UK Government,
presents the Awards to recognise companies that have demonstrated
commercial success
through innovative products or services.
This is the fifth Queen’s Award
won by Sericol since 1988.
The previous awards were presented for excellence
in Export, Technological and Environmental Achievement. This latest award recognises
Sericol’s groundbreaking work in the development and commercialisation
of UV curing inkjet technology in wide format, flatbed digital, graphic printing.

The Uvijet range of UV curing
inkjet products are developed and manufactured at Sericol’s manufacturing complex
in Broadstairs, Kent. Products are supplied to over 80 countries
through Sericol’s sales organisations, distributors and print
machinery manufacturers.
Sericol employs over 1,200 people worldwide and is
the leading manufacturer of speciality UV curing screen, flexo
and wide format digital inks. |
